Mabeluca Exponente: 6-bottle case

Discover the excellence of Mabeluca Exponente red wine, originating from the D.O. Ribera del Duero. Made exclusively with Tempranillo grapes from the "El Colmenar" vineyard, located 830 meters above sea level in Gumiel de Mercado, Burgos.

Harvesting is done manually in 16 kg crates, and maceration takes place for 14 days at controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine ages for 12 months in French oak barrels (80%) and American oak barrels (20%), followed by another 12 months in the bottle, with medium toast and very light filtering.

With a bottle capacity of 75 CL and an alcohol content of 14%, it is recommended to serve at a temperature of 15°C to fully enjoy its qualities.

Tasting Notes: It has an opaque ruby color and a complex bouquet of black fruits, soy sauce, and candied violets, with a soft touch of minerals. It intensifies with age, maintaining its spicy character until the end. Ideal for drinking now, but can also improve with age.
