Shipping and Returns

At Iberian Market, we strive to offer you an efficient and transparent shipping service. Below, we detail our shipping and returns policies:

National Shipments and Portugal

Mainland Spain and Portugal:
  • Delivery time: Between 48 and 72 hours on working days (Monday to Friday), provided the product is in stock. For sliced products, the delivery time may be longer. Contact us for more information. During special periods, such as Christmas, delays beyond our responsibility may occur.
  • Cost: Free shipping on orders over €59 (VAT included). If the order amount is less, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Balearic Islands:
  • Delivery time: Between 48 and 72 hours on working days (Monday to Friday), provided the product is in stock. For sliced products, the delivery time may be longer. Contact us for more information. During special periods, such as Christmas, delays beyond our responsibility may occur.
  • Cost: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

International Shipments

We ship to various countries within the European Union. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.

  • Delivery time: Between 3 and 10 working days (Monday to Friday), depending on the distance. For sliced products, the delivery time may be longer. Contact us for more information. During special periods, such as Christmas, delays beyond our responsibility may occur.
  • Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Order Process and Tracking

  • Order confirmation: After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with the order number, which you can use for any queries with our Customer Service.
  • Shipment: Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive another email with the tracking code from the transport company, allowing you to track your package at all times. If for any reason you do not receive the tracking email, please contact our Customer Service.
  • Delivery incidents: If you have not received your order within 10 working days of confirmation, please contact our Customer Service department.

Exchanges and Returns

At Iberian Market, we trust in the quality of our products. However, if you need to make an exchange or return, we offer the following options:

  • Period: You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request an exchange or return, provided the product has not been opened or damaged.
  • Conditions: Changes or returns of opened, damaged, or products without their original packaging will not be accepted, except in cases of defective products.
Procedure for Exchanges or Returns:
    • Contact: Send an email to [email protected] indicating the order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
    • Management:
      • If the product is in good condition but you wish to return it for other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
      • If the product is defective or there has been an error in the shipment, Iberian Market will cover the costs of collection and shipment of the correct product.

Refunds:

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the returned product in our warehouses. If you paid by bank transfer, please provide the bank account details where you wish to receive the refund.
