What type of products do you offer?
We sell Iberian gourmet products: ham, cured meats, wines, preserves, and selected delicatessen.
How should I store ham or cured meats once opened?
Store them in a cool, dry place. Once opened, cover it with a cotton cloth or wax paper. If it is sliced, keep it in the refrigerator, well-sealed and protected from light.
Do the products have an expiration date?
Yes. All our products include a best-before date on the labeling. Please check the specific instructions for each one.

We do our best to ensure that our product descriptions are up-to-date and include all important information. However, you may sometimes need more information. In that case, you can contact our Customer Service for more details.
How can I place an order?
To start your purchase at Iberian Market, the first thing you should do is log in as a registered user or sign up as a new customer. Once logged in, add the products you need to the cart and click Continue to proceed with your purchase.
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase, including the selected products, delivery and billing information, as well as the expected delivery date.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Is there a minimum order?
No, you can buy from a single unit with no minimum amount.
I can't find the invoice in my order. Do you send it to me?
You can download your invoice from your Personal Area, in the “Order history and details” section. Please note that the invoice is only issued once the order has been shipped.
Are there physical stores where I can buy the products?
Yes. We have a physical store at Calle Diego de los Reyes 28, in Castilleja de la Cuesta (Seville). We look forward to welcoming you!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to the Iberian Peninsula for orders over €59 (VAT included). For orders under €59, as well as for shipments to the Balearic Islands and abroad, shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are calculated automatically at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Mainland Spain and Portugal: between 48–72 working hours.
Balearic Islands: between 48–72 working hours.
Europe: between 3 and 10 working days depending on the destination.
These deadlines apply provided the product is in stock. In the case of sliced products, the delivery time may be longer. During special periods, such as Christmas, delays beyond our responsibility may occur.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the entire Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, and various countries within the European Union.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or Latin America?
We are sorry, but we do not offer shipping services to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or Latin America. We only ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and countries within the European Union.
How can I check the status of my shipment?
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier company with a link and a tracking number for your package. You can check its status via the link sent, or on the courier's website by entering your order number and the postal code of the delivery address.

Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided it has not been opened or damaged, except in cases of defective products.
