Discover the excellence of Mabeluca Absoluto Reserva, a red wine from the Ribera del Duero designation of origin. Made exclusively with 100% Tempranillo grapes from the "El Pinar" vineyard, located 830 meters above sea level in the municipality of Gumiel de Mercado, Burgos.

Harvested manually in 16 kg crates and macerated for 14 days at controlled temperature. It then ages for 24 months in French oak barrels (80%) and American oak barrels (20%), with medium toast and very light filtering.

With a bottle capacity of 75 CL and an alcohol content of 14%, it is recommended to serve at a temperature of 15°C to fully enjoy its qualities.

Tasting Notes: It presents an opaque ruby color with a perfume of exotic aromas of blackberry, plum jam, cola, spices, and incense, oak wood. Exuberant palate of dark layers and spices rising alongside gentle acidity. It grips with authority, leaving smoky and spicy notes. A velvety wine, ready to drink now, perfect to enjoy with a grilled or roasted lamb dish in the autumn.
