Trinomio DOCa Rioja:

This red wine is a harmonious blend of grape varieties, with 70% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha, and 10% Graciano. With a aging time of 12 months in barrel and 6 months in bottle, it reaches its full potential with a serving temperature between 14º and 16º C.

The Trinomio presents an attractive cherry red color with ruby hues, and on the palate, it is flavorful, with soft and ripe tannins that offer a very pleasant volume sensation. Flavors of black fruit jam and marmalade stand out, with toasted notes of milk coffee cream and cocoa.

This wine is made with selected grapes harvested in the second half of September and the first half of October, when they reach their optimal phenolic ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with meticulous control of pump-overs to extract aromatic and color compounds.
