Bardos Moradillo de Roa DO Ribera del Duero 75 cl is the jewel of Bodegas Bardos (Grupo Vintae), a single vineyard wine that expresses all the authenticity of the centenary vineyards of Moradillo de Roa, located in one of the highest and most extreme areas of the Denomination of Origin Ribera del Duero.
Made 100% from Tempranillo (Tinta del País) grapes from old vines over 80 years old, cultivated at 950 meters above sea level, on stony, poor soils with an extreme continental climate. This combination results in a deep wine, with exceptional freshness and a natural concentration of fruit.
It ferments in concrete tanks and ages for 16 months in French oak barrels. Its color is intense cherry red with violet edges. On the nose, aromas of ripe black fruit, violets, licorice, and mineral notes stand out. On the palate, it is structured, enveloping, and balanced, with fine tannins and a long, elegant finish.
