The La Honda Fino en Rama 50 cl is a dry generous wine from the Denomination of Origin Jerez-Xérès-Sherry, made with the Palomino Fino variety and bottled “en rama”, that is, unfiltered and unclarified, maintaining all its essence and natural complexity.

Its biological aging under a layer of flor in American oak casks for several years, using the traditional soleras and criaderas system, gives it a fresh, saline personality with a delicately sharp edge.

Of pale golden color, with bright reflections, it offers intense aromas of yeast, green almond, and saline notes typical of aging in the wineries of Jerez. On the palate it is dry, balanced, with an elegant and persistent finish.
