In this recipe, we combine them with Iberian ham to create a light, tasty, and very easy-to-prepare warm salad. Ingredients:
- - 1 jar of Baby Extra-fine Broad Beans 250 ml Conservas Almanaque.
- - 80 g of 100% Iberian Acorn Shoulder 5J 5 Jotas 5-5.5 kg/piece.
shaved or diced. - - 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1881 – Frasca 500 ml.
- - 1 spring onion (optional).
- - Salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- - A few leaves of mint or fresh parsley.
- - Juice of half a lemon or a few drops of mild vinegar (optional).
Preparation Method:
- Drain the broad beans and dry them carefully.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the chopped spring onion and lightly sauté until transparent.
- Add the broad beans and sauté for 2–3 minutes, avoiding breaking them.
- Add the Iberian ham and mix for a few seconds to release aroma without overcooking it.
- Adjust salt and pepper. If you want a fresher touch, add a few drops of lemon or vinegar.
- Serve warm, garnishing with mint or fresh parsley.
Chef's Tip:
