White and Green Beans Sauté with Mushrooms and Garlic
The White and Green Pochas Primera 720 ml from Conservas Almanaque are a product of excellent quality, tender with a mild flavor that perfectly combines with the aroma of garlic and the umami touch of mushrooms. This sautéed pochas with mushrooms and garlic is ideal as a light main dish or as a side for meats and fish. Additionally, it is prepared in a few minutes, retaining all the essence of homemade and healthy cooking.
Ingredients (for 2-3 people):
- - 1 jar (720 ml) of White and Green Pochas Primera – Conservas Almanaque.
- - 200 g of mixed mushrooms (e.g.: button mushrooms, shiitake, or boletus).
- - 3 cloves of garlic.
- - 3 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1881.
- - Salt and black pepper to taste.
- - A few leaves of chopped fresh parsley.
- - A splash of dry white wine (optional).
Preparation method:
- Prepare the pochas: open the jar of Almanaque pochas, drain them, and rinse them lightly with cold water.
- Sauté the garlic: heat the olive oil in a large pan and add the chopped garlic. Sauté until they are slightly golden.
- Cook the mushrooms: add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for about 5-6 minutes, until they are tender and golden.
- Add the pochas: add the drained pochas and mix carefully. Cook everything together over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring gently.
- Season: add salt, pepper, and if desired, a splash of white wine. Let it reduce.
- Serve: remove from the heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Chef's tip:
Add a few drops of white truffle oil just before serving, to give it a more gourmet touch. If you prefer, you can also include some shavings of cured cheese to enhance the flavor of the dish.
