Matsu El Pícaro 75 cl is a young and bold red wine, belonging to the Matsu collection from Vintae, a winery that merges the winemaking tradition of Toro with a contemporary and sustainable approach. This wine reflects the youth, energy, and authenticity of the Zamora land.

Made with Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) grapes from organic vineyards over 50 years old, El Pícaro is vinified naturally, without aggressive filtering, preserving all the fruity expression of the variety. It ferments in concrete tanks and undergoes a short aging on lees to gain volume and smoothness.

With an intense cherry red color and violet reflections, the nose highlights aromas of ripe red fruit, blackberry, and licorice, with slight floral touches. On the palate, it is fresh, juicy, and balanced, with good structure and soft tannins. A young wine with character, perfect for everyday enjoyment.
