Matsu El Viejo DO Toro 75 cl is the most emblematic wine of the Bodegas Matsu trilogy, belonging to the Vintae group. It represents the experience, wisdom, and respect for the winemaking tradition of the Denomination of Origin Toro, made exclusively with the best grapes from century-old vineyards cultivated organically.

Made with hand-selected Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo), it ferments naturally and ages for 16 months in new French oak barrels. The result is a deep, structured, and elegant wine with great aging potential.

With an intense garnet red color, El Viejo unfolds a complex bouquet of ripe black fruit, spices, cocoa, tobacco, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is powerful, silky, and balanced, with fine tannins and a long, persistent finish. A masterpiece that combines strength, elegance, and personality.
