Matsu La Jefa DO Toro 75 cl is the first white wine from Bodegas Matsu, part of the Vintae group. It comes from the Denomination of Origin Toro and represents feminine strength, elegance, and maturity within the Matsu collection. It is a unique wine that combines tradition, sustainability, and artisanal production.

Made from Malvasía Castellana (Doña Blanca) grapes from old vineyards over 100 years old, cultivated organically. It ferments and ages for 14 months in French oak barrels and concrete tanks, achieving a creamy texture and great aromatic complexity.

With a bright golden color, La Jefa displays aromas of ripe white fruit, dried flowers, vanilla, and light toasting. On the palate, it is elegant, round, and enveloping, with good acidity and a long, balanced finish. A white wine for aging with a unique personality.
