Shipping and Returns

Iberian Market is your online store for Iberian products. Here you can find information about shipping costs and delivery times to various destinations.

You can receive your order at any address in Mainland Spain and Portugal with no shipping costs. It's always free. We want you to enjoy our products without paying extra for shipping!

The delivery time is 48/72 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Any delays caused by the transport company are not the responsibility of Iberian Market. During special seasons like Christmas or Black Friday, there may be delays.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the costs are as follows:

For international shipments, the delivery time varies between 24 and 96 hours, depending on the distance, from Monday to Friday. You can check the following cost table.

Iberian Market Shipping Costs

Prices include VAT.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number that you can use as a reference if you need to contact our Customer Service.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with the tracking code from GLS so you can know where your package is at all times.

If you have not received the package within 10 business days from the confirmation of your order, please contact our Customer Service department via email at info@iberianmarket.com.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We have full confidence in the quality of our products. However, if there is something you want to return or exchange when you receive them, don't worry!

You have fourteen (14) natural days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange or return, as long as the product has not been opened or damaged. IBERIAN MARKET cannot accept exchanges or returns of opened, damaged products, or products without their original packaging, unless it is a defective product.

If a returned item does not meet these requirements, we will not refund the amount. The item will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Defective products must be reported at the time of receiving the order by emailing info@iberianmarket.com

Only exchanges for the same product are accepted. If you want to exchange an item for another, you must return it for a refund and make a new purchase.

Is there a cost for exchanges or returns?

If the exchange or return is because the customer doesn't want the product, the customer is responsible for the return costs.

In case of a defective product, Iberian Market will cover the return shipping.

How to make an exchange or return?

The first step is to contact us by sending an email to info@iberianmarket.com, explaining the reason and providing the order number.

We will arrange and coordinate the return with the customer, only in cases of defective products.

The refund of the order amount will be made in the same way as the payment, within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the return in our warehouses. Remember that if you paid by bank transfer, you must provide the account where you want to receive the refund.

In the event that Iberian Market has sent a different item by mistake from what was requested, once the error is verified, we will resolve the issue by sending the correct product and covering the shipping costs resulting from the error.

Incidents related to returns managed by the customer, such as loss of goods, damage during transport, customs fees, incorrect address, and/or loss of the shipping receipt, will be the responsibility of the customer.

CONDITIONS DURING SPECIAL DATES:

Iberian Market reserves the right to change its exchange/return policy during special campaigns such as Christmas, Sales, or Black Friday, duly informing the customer of the conditions before completing their purchase, as required by law.
